Well, my mom and I have done alot of things with pork chops and scalloped potatoes. I can give you the recipies on Sunday if you would like? We use the scalloped potato recipe from Ruths Chris Steakhouse and the pork chops are a combunation over time. My dad also has some great recipes in his head. Maybe you and Nate could come over sometime and we could have a Williams bake off :)
Made delicious manacotti last night! Will talk to you about some other ideas too.
Louise, We just had an amazing Pizza dough last night. I don't know if you have ever seen cake boss, but if you haven't go to tlc.com and go to their shows list, click on the link to "kitchen boss" and when you get on that page go to recipes. At the very top of the page is Buddy's recipe for pizza dough. It was so amazing. We made the 4 cheese pizza and the margareta pizza (recipes further down on that same page) and both were so delicious!
